Support for EU endpoint

Hi,
looking through the code, I don't see a way to override the API endpoint. It seems that the is hardcoded in the DoApiCall method.
Would it be possible to define this endpoint dynamically?
Amplitude EU endpoint is https://api.eu.amplitude.com/2/httpapi(notice the eu subdomain.
