Add Ammeter

Please add an ammeter and if possible a proper voltmeter, since currently one can only use Voltage test clamps.

Oh that sounds great, does it have autotools updated?

I moved towards waf as a buildtool, because it is selfcontained and can be downloaded right away without any further dependencies. Anyways, I think it'd be better to continue this at the bugs section github.com/drahnr/oregano/issues
