As a user or administrator, I want to be able to trace the calls the LLM makes to the server tools, so that I can check if the LLM, MCP Client, and MCP Host are performing the actual tool calls from an MCP server-side perspective.

To implement, create an MCP tool handler middleware that will log the call before delegating it.
