No longer works in Nextcloud 30

After updating to Nextcloud 30, my README.md and HEADER.md files no longer render.

This is what the readme file looks like if you click on it.

It warned me that the app may not be compatible with this version so I clicked the "Use Untested" button and enabled it.

I also updated Nextcloud to Version Nextcloud Hub 9 (30.0.4) and the app README.md (Version 3.0.2) stopped working correctly. Two files are known in this example: HEADER.md and FOOTER.md.

Strange behaviour happens:

On short pages, it is working as expected:

But on pages with long content README.md goes crazy:

Scroll a little bit down, this will happen:
The content of FOOTER.md is visible in the middle of the page!

Then scroll down more...:

The end of the page:

The only solution to stop this bad behaviour was deactivating the README.md app.

Sorry to be the guy to bump, but I just wonder if there's any plans from @mamatt to work on this app, or maybe look for other contributors, help for maintaining app, etc. Thanks tor understanding!
