A server can run more than 40 NAT detection servers as they're light weight.
Also it'd be great if we can get a list of listen addrs once they are deployed.

The nat-detection crate may not be updated frequently and the versions are pretty compatible, so we might just need to deploy this once.
Currently, the NAT detection server list is updated here: https://sn-testnet.s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/nat-detection-servers
