Regarding your Form-Controls PR:

• Your Lighthouse Accessibility score is only 90. You need to improve it to 100.
• The requirement, "I must ensure the customer's name contains at least two non-space characters", has not yet been met.
• The requirement, "I require one size from a defined set of 6 sizes", has not yet been met.
• There is a way to configure a <select> element so that no option is selected by default, allowing the user to make an explicit choice. Can you implement this in your <select> element?
• Indentation of the code could still be improved. Consider using VS Code's Formatter to keep the code consistently fromatted.

About the PR description of the PR:

• Can you format the checkboxes in your PR description the way you formatted them in your Wireframe PR?
• The Changelist description does not quite tell people what you have changed in your PR. Can you make the description more informative?
