ERROR/Database: Leak found

When I am prompted to allow an application to access su, if I press the
back button, the following error appears
ERROR/Database: Leak found

I also get these error's, but its not just when pressing the back button 
though. It appears quite often, the attached log below shows it happening on 
com.noshufou.android.su.UninstallReceiver.onReceive(UninstallReceiver.java:10).

Will try and fix if i get a spare moment.
