Final instr file

Since the McStas gui can not use parameter files, it would be helpful for many users to get a final instrument file with the optimal parameters as default in the instrument settings. For a scan a number of such final instruments would be needed.

Additionally such final instrument files could use a simpler parameter space than the one used for optimization which could remove large parts of the initialize code in each McStas instrument file.

I decided to write a short matlab script to get around this issue for now. It basically updates an .instr file with values from a chosen .par file. It should be on github now if anyone else wants to use it.
