Runs without absolute intensity run fails

Setting options.absolute_intensity_run = 0; in the input script results in a bug where the analysis script fails. The logic generating both the iFit optimize script and analyze script needs to be updated to fix this bug. In the meantime, run with options.absolute_intensity_run = 1;.
