On 22nd March 2022, we ran Survey for Jamku users to collect feedback on how they communicate between team members.
Here's the response / survey results.
Q1. How do you communicate between team members?
A thumping majority of users use "WhatsApp / Telegram" to communicate between team members for their office work.

We provided users with 4 Options and to specify their own Answer
Q2. Would you love 😍 having Chat inbuilt into Jamku?
Q3. Should the Chat have inbulit Notification System from Jamku?
Q4. Should "Chat Bot" be added to Jamku?
Q5. Pricing for 🆕 Chat Module
Q6. Any suggestions to make this chat feature a triumph?
This was an open text field. here are some of the interesting responses.
It can serve trail of communication for each task between team members and also serve as audit trail
Inbuilt "Chat" and "Notification for chat & task etc" will enhance our work efficiency and we will able to establish great communication system between our team members and definitely it will create 10 times value addition for Jamku also.

Usual feature with audio message
Chat would be such a nice feature for jamku. I would suggest: 1. Group and individual chat options 2. Option to tag team member, client, task, hearing, etc.
It should help if it can see when a particular task is having a due date , and remind team members well before that
Link with Task, recorded in notes
Make it simple and elegant with proper notification with message read functionality
It will be great if you link it with WhatsApp. So not only team member even communication with clients will also added advantage
Care should be taken to avoid personal chat in this feature
Next Steps
Since overwhelming user have responded that they would love 😍 to have integrated Chat and Notification, we have already started planning for this. Here's some initial thoughts around this.
It will have 2 types of messages - Automated (generated by jamku), Manual (user chats)
Users will be able to configure for themselves which all "Automated" messages they should be receiving from Jamku.

There will be "Jamku Bot" which will send basic reminders.
