Feature: support press `escape` or click to go to dashboard

To go to dashboard from a selected command, we now need to press ctrl + z.

Personly, I think escape is more ergonomic than ctrl + z.

Secondly, It would be convenient that we are able to click dashboard to go back to it.

Click to go back to dashboard is unfortunately not really possible: #37

The current shortcut for going back to the dashboard, ctrl+z, comes from that being the default shell shortcut to background the current process. So it should be available for use without clashes in most programs you might want to use with run-pty.

Escape is a very reasonable candidate, though, for sure. Not sure what would be a good way to support that. I’m not that into the convenience of it, though, so I won’t promise anything around that it will actually happen.
