send_message limits options

Why can't I add to the options unicode = 1. Looks like the api limits options to only allow :from, :mo, :callback. Is there a way around this that I do not see?

Hi Jeremy, the clicktall gem does not cover all aspects of the API but it sounds like it should be simple enough to add support for. If you want to submit a patch (with tests) I'll be happy to review it.
