User Story: View Blog Posts

Epic #1

As a User I want to view a list of blog posts so that I can select which blog post to read.

Tasks:

• The logic and backend structure needs to be in place to present the articles to the user.
• The base templates should be structured for the blog page.

Acceptance Criteria:
The user should be able to access the list of blog posts from the dedicated blog page or homepage.
