Simple & soothing drink, ideal with spicy dishes.
For two glasses (~4dl)
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 small pot of yogurt (~150ml?)
- 130 ml of milk
- Cut the mango in small pieces.
- Blend all the ingredients together (< 1 min).
- That's it!
