I'm not sure adding identical filter (same name, color and icon) should be allowed.
In all cases it seems that some combination yield state corruption on that end. Disable the first one, all icon disappear even if the second is enabled.

That is strange, the filter definition are using data classes, so identical filters should be seen as being the same and should not trigger the creation of a new entry. Some operations are probably going through, and some others are not, which would explain the state corruption. Will have to investigate.
