SBC sites missing from ecoregion_catchments

These two SBC sites are not included in ecoregion_catchments, which seems like a problem:

• sbc_lter_dev
• sbc_lter_ono

@hlowman I purposely excluded Devereaux and San Onofre from sites within our ecoregion, which excludes them from all analyses, but I cannot recall why - is there something about those particular sites that we should have exclude them? Thanks you!

Hi Stevan - yes the Devereaux site is occasionally tidally influenced, the record isn't super long there (2003-2007 w/ many missing months), and we have discharge for an even shorter amount of time (2004-2006). We left the San Onofre site out for similar reasons (short record from 2004-2009) and not quite matching Q (2005-2010). Hope that helps! And let me know if you have any further questions.
