We pledge to make participation in Hermes Collab Engine welcoming, respectful, and harassment-free for everyone, regardless of background, identity, experience level, or viewpoint.
- Be kind, patient, and constructive.
- Respect different languages, time zones, and levels of familiarity with AI agent tooling.
- Give actionable feedback and assume good intent.
- Keep discussions focused on the project, its users, and safe collaboration patterns.
- Harassment, insults, intimidation, or discriminatory language.
- Publishing another person's private information without permission.
- Sharing secrets, credentials, private logs, or exploit details in public project spaces.
- Repeatedly disrupting issues, pull requests, or maintainer decisions.
Maintainers may remove comments, close issues, reject contributions, or restrict participation when behavior harms the community or project safety. When possible, maintainers will explain the action and how to re-engage constructively.
Report conduct concerns to the project maintainer through a private channel. If the concern is also a security vulnerability, follow SECURITY.md instead of posting publicly.
This code of conduct is inspired by the Contributor Covenant and adapted for a concise project policy.
