Bug Fixes:
- Fixed overly long lists in some Senate event effects
- Ostrogothic culture inherits its innovations from Gothic properly
- Creation of Ostrogothic culture properly resets Thracian and Ostrogothic culture creation dates
- Fixed "Complex Exegesis" being unavailable to Christians
- Fixed Zeno's armies starving to death
- Fixed up heritage and linguistic drift spamming too much and hanging a bit
Tweaks:
- Heritages without any cultures at a bookmark will no longer be shown in the Ruler Designer GUI
Localization:
- Added a number of new culture localizations for titles
- Re-localized "Monasticism" to "Congregational Monasticism"
- Updated localizations for some Holy Orders for various faiths
- Updated Caucasian Albanian name and description for a more general religion between both the Parthian ruling class and the populace
- "Communal Identity" and "Legal Pronouncements" re-localizes to Jewish localizations if a Christian faith has Judaizers doctrine
- "Righteous Rebirth" Tenet given a new localization for Christians, "Humble Savior"
- Lapsi localization for Excommunication used for faiths using the African Rite or Rigorism Tenet
- Re-localized "Alexandrian Catechism" to "Scholasticism", which is anachronistic but less so than the current description
