Cannot edit a tag's priority

Users cannot edit a specific tag's priority using editTag. For example, referring to the image below,

if the user runs editTag 1 1 :p2, the user would expect the priority to be changed. However invalid command is raised and the user has to retype the name of the tag again.

This is the intended behavior, as specified in the user guide.

As shown in the examples, the user guide states that the entire tag has to be specified, and also states that the feature is intended for setting a whole new tag, not just for changing priorities. There is a way to change the priority of the tag, but you would have to type out the entire tag instead of just the priority instead.
