Ethical Licenses

Zunehmend besteht der Wunsch, ethische Ziele durch die Lizenzierung zu erreichen. Dies geschieht in der Regel dadurch, dass ein als ethisch verstandenes Verhalten gefordert oder ein vermeintlich unethisches Verhalten verboten wird. Daher sind diese Lizenzen in der Regel nicht mit der Open-Source-Definition vereinbar, da die Klauseln 5 und 6 "No Discrimination Against Persons or Groups"/"No Discrimination Against Fields of Endeavor" solche Einschränkungen nicht vorsehen.
