I've been using tickmate for more than 2 months now and I'm happy to report that it does open my eyes on a little fast food problem. ;)
However, it doesn't do much to actually solve it.
I have an idea to consider. This could work like this:
For each track define what is an improvement - increase, or decrease in frequency.
Also define how fast would you like to improve - for example, keep monthly trend always falling for my nasty fast food habit
In a current day row, add faded grey ticks or crosses, where you may or may not do something, or actually should or should not do something, to keep in line with your improvement plan.
These are meant to be just suggestions and should not interfere in normal operation of the application.
This little feature would quickly help me decide if I can skip training today, or order a pizza.
