bug: hide/show is not working after second click

What happened + steps to reproduce

1. Lunch app
2. Minimize it my clicking minimize button on app window
3. Click Hide/Show from app's top bar menu -> nothing happens
4. Click Hide/Show again, Basecamp window is shown

issues is always reproducible, but user has to click minimize button on from app's window first. it seems like Hide/Show does not know what is current state if minimize button is clicked.
