We could improve the launch experience in one of two ways:

  1. Remember the last viewed setttings module, and open that again.
  2. Offer suggested settings on the welcome page.
    • When not connected to a network, offer setting up a network
    • When a wallpaper hasn't been changed from the default, offer the background settings
    • When no online accounts are set up, offer adding online accounts

Yes, I prefer that as well. We'll need some way for preflets to expose suggestions to do that, though.
