Shows empty error when trying to undelegate invalid LIKE amount

Background: User delegated 3000 LIKE into a validator, the validator got slashed due to downtime, the user has 2999.7 delegated as shown in bigdipper.

Reproduce: User tries to undelegate 3000 LIKE in app, app shows an empty error without any useful information
Expected: User should see 2999.7 in delegate screen instead of 3000, user should be prompted invalid amount of LIKE, and shown the correct amount when trying to undelegate more than what is delegated
