How to set filter header in height?

How to config lnd.neutrino.assertfilterheader=?

You set it in the config file of litd? But I assume you want to know what value to set?

From lnd --help:

      --neutrino.assertfilterheader=                         Optional filter header in height:hash format to assert the state of neutrino's filter header chain on startup. If the assertion does not
                                                             hold, then the filter header chain will be re-synced from the genesis block.

It's like a checkpoint you can set. If you know the expected hash of a filter header at a specific height, you can tell your client that it has to validate against that, for improved security. But it shouldn't be necessary in normal operations.
