Verify that it still works after many version upgrades #99
Description
Jason's last commit was 2960278 (June 2020), so if anybody wants a known-working version, they can always rewind to that commit
Since then, we've merged a bunch of version bumps and it's possible something is broken
With #91 fixed, CI again verifies that it still builds, and I did verify that the instructions in the README still work with an empty H2 database, but I did not go as far as to add some actual data. Hence this issue, for documentation and in case interest in this repo picks up again.
