Description

There are cases where the coastline extends to some rivers and lakes in the ESRI World Countries dataset, which creates "EEZs" / "internal waters" far inland. Examples include:

• Lakes Ladoga and Onega (Russia)
• Mekong River (Vietnam/Cambodia)
• Gaoyou lake and the Yangtze River (China)
• Lagoa dos Patos (Brazil)

This task might be too big to tackle for v13.
