Description

We currently have a median line between Christmas Island and Indonesia but there's a treaty for this EEZ border in : https://www.un.org/depts/los/LEGISLATIONANDTREATIES/PDFFILES/TREATIES/AUS-IDN1997EEZ.pdf

Treaty has not yet entered into force (see https://www.un.org/depts/los/LEGISLATIONANDTREATIES/STATEFILES/AUS.htm), because the independence of East Timor required amendments to the 1997 treaty and agreement over them by the two parties is still pending.
