Congo has uploaded a document with coordinates for its baseline, 12NM, 24NM, and 200NM zones (only in French): https://www.un.org/Depts/los/LEGISLATIONANDTREATIES/PDFFILES/DEPOSIT/2018-133_fr.pdf .
