Guinea has a decree which establishes a straight baseline with 36 points: https://www.un.org/Depts/los/LEGISLATIONANDTREATIES/PDFFILES/Guinea_Decree_19_June_2015_English.pdf / https://faolex.fao.org/docs/pdf/gui215772.pdf (French). But the annex to the decree only lists 2 points: https://www.un.org/depts/los/LEGISLATIONANDTREATIES/PDFFILES/Guinea_Annex_19 June_2015_English.pdf . To be investigated further.
