Kuwait has uploaded baselines: https://www.un.org/Depts/los/LEGISLATIONANDTREATIES/PDFFILES/DEPOSIT/mzn123_nv_e.pdf and a map: https://www.un.org/Depts/los/LEGISLATIONANDTREATIES/PDFFILES/MAPS/KWT_MZN123_2016_00ill.jpg . This would create internal waters and might change the 12NM and 24NM zones.
