Description

A new “exchange of letters” (=treaty) between Israel and Lebanon has been uploaded (https://www.un.org/Depts/los/LEGISLATIONANDTREATIES/PDFFILES/IsraelLebanonExchangeLetters.pdf), so the Israel-Lebanon line should be changed to a treaty line.
