Description

Poland claims an extension of its territorial sea that overlaps with the German EEZ, see points 2003-2013 in https://isap.sejm.gov.pl/isap.nsf/download.xsp/WDU20170000183/O/D20170183.pdf, accessed through https://isap.sejm.gov.pl/isap.nsf/DocDetails.xsp?id=WDU20170000183 (in Polish). This claim probably relates to article 5 in https://www.un.org/Depts/los/LEGISLATIONANDTREATIES/PDFFILES/TREATIES/DEU-POL1989DS.PDF.
