Display not updating motor and array icons when contactors open

Describe the bug
While testing with the candapter, we found that the display icons for the motor and array contactors did not disappear when the candapter timed out and stopped sending ignition messages, even though the contactors were open.

To Reproduce
-Testing on feature/bsp-m2-test-423
-Using Candapter and bsp sim py script to send messages

• Wait until CANdapter times out (somewhere between 5 and 15 minutes).
• When messages stop, the contactors open, but the icons remain on.

Expected behavior
The display icons should mirror the state of the contactors
