Display showing is increments of 2 for values below 10s

Describe the bug
Display only seems to output speed in incremenets of 2 (ie, 2.0, 4.0, 6.0,...) but mostly only under 10.0 mph. Upwards of this speed, it sometimes displays an odd number. Another thing to note is that the decimal always outputs 0, so there is no precision further than this.
