Auto update licenses on deployment

Automated deployment currently lacks a routine to update licenses when changes are made to mof-licenses.json. As a result, refreshing the available licenses requires manual intervention. Add a mechanism to automate this process.

You must be reading my mind! I was wondering about that. Will a full redeploy make it happen though? Not ideal but would be ok as a stopgap measure.

Licenses are imported from mof-licenses.json only during the initial installation. While a full redeploy (wiping and reinstalling) would work around this, it’s certainly not ideal, as you pointed out.
