AltStore/SideStore/Feather etc. compatible source for sideloading IPA file more conveniently

It'd be very handy to have a source that is compatible with major signers/package managers like Esign, Feather, AltStore/SideStore etc. to download and install the pre-built IPA file directly from releases, if possible ofc.
