But where is the parser directory ?

Please explain where to put the file in and or replace existing, isnt it needed to replace the standard file ?

And which Plugins are compatible with cod4x ??

This is clear in B3 Config:
set name="parser" cod4
change to
set name="parser" cod4x18

I guess you running the .exe version of b3, which has no parsers directory.
Use the python version, you will find it.
