I am running this with DollarDeploy using Nginx and it does not redirects properly for middleware demo.
The reason for this is this bug: vercel/next.js#37536 (comment)
Maybe middleware.ts should do a redirect using NextResponse.redirect(new URL("/", req.headers.get('host') ?? request.url)) as recommended.
