Portugese translation (likely) needs to be 'Brazil vs Portugal netural'

The current Portuguese translation is really pt-BR, and may have some issues for people from Portugal. Probably we cannot hope to maintain two separate translations, so ideally the language will be 'common' - good enough for both pt-BR and pt-PT, if not ideal for either.
