Persues hints are markdown and thus they can contain links.

E.g.:
screen shot 2018-09-19 at 9 19 50 pm

The link href is of the form /topic_slug/subtopic_slug/content_slug, i.e., it assumes content is rendered on the KA site.

We could think about:

  1. disabling such links in the short term (either in chef code or maybe generically in ricecooker?)
  2. in the long term rewrite the links so they work on Kolibri (assuming linked content is available)
