Implement test vectors for devnet0 and devnet1 #42
Description
Now that we have the test vectors framework, we can start implementing the tests.
Currently there're only mock tests created by @fselmo for the framework development, so now it's time to replace them with tests relevant to devnet0 and devnet1.
We should start from devnet1 tests first since we already successfully interop'ed devnet0 so the immediate value for devnet0 tests is limited but still need to be done later.
