Add lyrics via VALL-E

Based on some commercial black box music generators like suno.ai, please add lyric generation using something like Microsoft Vall-e or bark https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/research/project/vall-e-x/vall-e/

Also, please allow the use of local llama models or local models on a localhost endpoint instead of chatgpt for such functions as use Large Language Models (there are several opeai dependencies that limit the usefulness of loop copilot).
