error in xunitparser setup command: use_2to3 is invalid

Hi there, it seems that this library cannot be installed anymore on setuptools>=58 because use_2to3 is not supported anymore.

Yup, I just encountered the same issue.

@Dannyb48 for what's worth I fixed it (as well as the security issue #15 ) in genbadge: smarie/python-genbadge#18

So as a clunky workaround you can do from genbadge.xunitparser_copy import parse :)
