FromRow skip unsupported struct

Any way to say FromRow macro ignore some field and use default value? Something like this:

#[derive(Debug, Default)]
struct Foo {
    <...>
}

#[derive(Debug, FromRow)]
struct Data {
    #[sqlx(try_from = "Decimal")]
    id: u32,
    #[sqlx(default, skip)]
    foo: Foo,
}

I don't think that's possible with the FromRow macro right now. Hence, I've created a fork: https://github.com/FAccTs/sqlx for exactly this, but I still have create some tests before I can create a pull request. Feel free to use it.
