cli file versioning confusion

I'm sure I'm just missing something here, but I can't get the llt cli deploy command to work properly for the llt war file

it seems to want to make an 'llt-0.0.3.war' file but then deploy an 'llt.war' file , which of course it can't find because it made 'llt-0.0.3.war'

having trouble deciphering where this war_name is controlled and set

and what's more weird is that if I run warble myself in the llt directory, I get a nice llt.war file there, but when I run the llt cli command it makes the 0.0.3 versioned one and puts in a temp rvm directory
