Proposal: Create llms.txt and llms-full.txt for better LLM support

To help LLMs learn as much up-to-date information on Laravel Blueprint, a llms.txt (and the bigger sibling: llms-full.txt) could be generated and made available on root.

I created a sample script that does exactly this for Laravel Blueprint:
