Keyboard Shortcuts Conflict With MacOS Terminal Norms #9

Description

@robjgray

I'm using the app on macOS (love it!) and there are a number of standard keyboard shortcuts I've gotten used to for this OS that are taken by other commands here. Because the app is so terminal-focused, I think this might be worth reevaluating.

Examples: C-d to exit some terminal programs - this appears to mark the issue as done instead. Others I've noticed are C-n C-p for down/up or C-a C-e for going to the beginning/end of line.

The documentation only seems to mention CMD+N etc - perhaps S-n and S-e (the CMD combinations) should only work with the super key and the Control equivalents C-n and C-e etc could be reserved for their regular terminal usage?
