File Paths in Claude Code CLI Only Partially Detected

1. Open a Claude Code Issue Session CLI
2. Elicit responses that will include cited file paths
3. Fine ones that show up as a hyperlink (blue, underlined when hovered)
4. Right click
5. Select Open in Finder

Expected result: Whole path is highlighted, it opens in Finder

Actual result: The portion of the path after the first slash/folder is highlighted, nothing opens in Finder

Additional note: even file paths that Lanes would pick up normally are broken if they span multiple lines - only the first is highlighted
