Improve test case of Cairo PIE with simulated builtin runners

#2069 includes a test for loading a Cairo PIE that uses simulated builtin runners. However it would be great if this test compares something from the generated Cairo PIE that relates with simulated builtin runners. Currently it only checks that the execution generates a Cairo PIE, independently of its content.
